diploma you have achieved is testament to your achievements in a particular area.

Experience
If there’s one factor that potential clients value above all else, it’s experience.
Quite understandably, they need the reassurance that you have undertaken similar
projects to theirs in the past, and understand all the requirements. They want to know that
you can be trusted to deliver results, and the fact that you have covered the same ground
previously will be seen as evidence of this.
